How much is shipping in Singapore?

We offer free shipping island-wide for orders over $50. For orders below this amount, shipping is $4.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped within two business days. Your items may take up to five business days to reach you. If you haven’t received your order after this time, please get in touch with us so we can check on it for you.

My order is urgent, can you ship it faster?

If you need your order urgently, drop us a message by clicking here and we’ll let you know if we can meet your deadline :)

Can I see your products in person anywhere in Singapore?

Yes! We do pop-ups and also have several fantastic stockists around Singapore. Check the list of where to find us in person here!

Can you ship internationally?

We’d love to! If you’d like to send any of our items to a loved one outside of Singapore, please get in touch with us for a shipping quote.

Are your ornaments single or double-sided?

Unlike some other similar-looking ornaments in Singapore, we print our design on both sides of the ornament to allow you to hang it anywhere and enjoy the design from multiple angles. Our designs are also hand-drawn by an artist!

Can I use the ceramic dishes for food?

You sure can but please don’t use harsh chemicals or the dishwasher to clean them as the gold edging and design may rub off if you do!

We don’t offer discounts unless we are having a special promotion. You can sign-up to our emails so you don’t miss those or follow us on Instagram to make sure you hear about any sales or promotions we are running!
